PhantomPage

A PhantomPage is a named page in a Lexicon game which is referred to in a Main Entry Page but does not yet exist as a Main Entry Page itself.

Phantom Pages are important because they're pointers for the growth of new Main Entry pages.

The name of a PhantomPage will include a QuestionMarkLink? which, when followed, leads to a text edit form that allows creation of the text of the new Main Entry.
