An underwater game of strategy played on a webbed and knotted framework. Dice and tokens don’t work well in the ocean. Pieces attach to the webbing and represent different sea creatures or military positions, each with different movement styles, strengths, and weaknesses. Expensive pieces are sculptural and cheap ones are simple wooden chips with fish-hooks in them.

Comments, disputes, footnotes, addenda:
Xiogi globes allow dry landers to enjoy the game at home. They are a rather hot commodity in the High Court.
Rigged Xiogi globes are even hotter, especially among the upper crust.
