I've gotten a mindful escort from Bluefins in the past, but I still suspect them of activities less than knightly. They're also terrible at Xiogi.

ThantarsZim? has a reputation for being good at Xiogi or at the very least, was reported to have won a game versus QueenHydra.
Though I am not sure how closely ThantarsZim? is associated with the Bluefins of late. The Delegate of the Cerulean Guard has not mentioned their founder in the last several reports to the DeepCourt. Regrettable, since the Delegate's recent reports have been rather tedious and mundane.
