Gliders

The Gliders were an abomination to the sacred SapphireDome?. BaronStormwing experimented with these iron birds, supposedly based on reports of similar infernal devices found on Erde.

As any SkyKnight could have told him, these were never going to work. Initial testing over the KestrelPeaks was disappointing. Dem near killed half a dozen fine officers.

The initial Gliders were all destroyed, save the IronSabre, which BaronStormwing later hunted down. However, court gossip insists that the LuftBaron has a secret Gliders project known as SteelDragons?.

You know, smaller versions of these made of light wood and paper are a popular toy..kites of all shapes and sizes, too. The fascination won't go away. Hobbyist magewrights and engineers try their hands at their own Gliders, but not anywhere the HighGuard can see them.

Those MoonShadowWarriors use Gliders. Dropped silently on my WinderWave while she was surfaced in JellicalCoast, had to teach them proper fear in the face of true privateers.
