IronSabre

The IronSabre was one of the first military Gliders and takes somewhat after the DonderSaurs in its heavy, metal-bellied construction. It ran on LightningBottles, but still lacked the power to propel its armored bulk half as fast or nimbly through the air as a MithrilEagle. The entire class of craft it belonged to were retired and scrapped, but DuchessFiredrake kept it as a curiosity. Perhaps she also had more hope for a HighGuard less reliant on needful animals than she let on.

I hear it suffered some kind of accident? Well, the future arrives without it, then, there's supposed to be a showcase flight over MerxomeHall? this GrandSummer of its successor.

Call me a liar, but I swear I saw the command cabin of the IronSabre in a sub-basement of the WyvernTower?. A very helpful serving maid was, uh, giving me the grand tour and there it was. For some reason, many of the controls seemed to be working. I swear I heard a women's voice crackle out of the cabin!

I had pressing business at the time, but when I returned the next night, the sub-basement was empty. Curious business, don't you know?

One NilloWixNight I spied the Iron Saber shoot past my Orca while traversing the SodaDeeps.

I'm hesitant to swear on it though. I was rather drunk at the time dearies and my WinderWave was submerged.
