CuttlefishBay

My understanding of CuttlefishBay comes from a young Myriapod named DeritriaEleven, but more commonly referred to as "The Shark." The Shark always said that CuttlefishBay was where you went if you were looking for a dumb mark with plenty of clams in the bank.

The neighborhoods there are rich and varied, particularly the reefs. Emerald Reef and Dyna Ribbon are frequently cited for their beauty as well as their citizens, among them the noted scholar PythiaTwentyThree.

My contact wishes me to mention that there is a particular dangerous location near CuttlefishBay known as the ZebraAtoll. (She didn't say dangerous exactly, but I think that's what she meant when she said "There is one not boring place near there.") Home to a particularly virulent form of phytoplankton called BlackAndWhiteLights, the atoll is restricted from entry by Bluefins, the DeepCourt police force.

This bay is blessed by good weather, proximity to the healthy reefs, and the outflow of the mighty Dynast Stream. Outsiders can be stunned by the secure attitude of residents. The island perched around the bay is easily forgotten, MisthomeIsland. It is a primarily human 'district', if you will, and come upon hard times.

The patrol down to MisthomeIsland is a long one, but not beyond the range of a MithrilEagle. The trip is worth the effort for the friendly natives and their BlackOctopusRum. I could not make sense of the rules for SharkJack at their beach casino. There had to be some mistake, as I could not have lost that many times in a row without somebody cheating.
